I have a confession to make: I love walking through our patch of spring onions.  Weird?  Possibly.  But for those of you who have taken a Springtime stroll through one, you may understand the feeling... the floppy, bright greens brushing up against your legs, the smell of a garden full of new life, and the coolness of the rain-packed dirt is calming somehow.
